A Night Background

This is a background I'm making for another Flash animation just for fun.

I really have no idea what to add to it though...

An Animation of Things

JW Rose

This is a piece that has been in the process of changing and rechanging and wondering and thinking. The guy is someone I have no idea what to do with and keep changing his animation for. Once again I'm changing some key things to implement certain portions of my skills. This was the first one I went with.

White Hair

This piece has to be one of my favorites. This came out of boredom when I was stuck in the computer lab without my files because my drive just got a virus and I needed my friends antivirus program to clean it out so I don't mess anything up. It took me only a week to do what you see there, but making shading with something as simple as another symbol? That was fun to do some sunlight and change modes.

Taru Doll

The Taru Doll or as some people like to think the GingerBread...she's not, but I guess that is how she looks. Initially this piece already had the assets created from long ago just no animation because I just wanted to make the Taru Doll to fit in with my character Taru who has a doll version of herself and draw it in a weird quality, but then I found the file again...and decided to animate it for no reason. This also took about a week from start to finish. I still need to tweak the creep, but she's almost complete!

Chris Ayers Cat in Flash

Technically this took two days. One for asset creation. The other for animating. I am no means done with it. My traditional 2d has far better work, but I did this in literally hours. I have to fix the shoulder, but what joy! Deleting keys not meant to be there is no hard task for me.

The PinkHead Snatch
The Pink Head... Honestly I don't know what drove to me animate this piece. To be honest this was me trying out gradients as the actual coloring rather than flat color. Typically I do flat color, sometimes shading depending if I like it or not.
Gradients I normally use as in layers like in drawings to amp the drawing by using different modes such as 'multiply', 'screen', or 'overlay'... 'add'  I use for bright lighting but still want that brightness instead of overlay's desaturated look. Screen makes everything far too white in certain cases, but is just great for certain effects.
